Policy Manager (PM) allows subscribers to combine SGC benchmarks with other industry and user databases to develop, manage and administer the entire policy associated with the supply chain failure process. PM allows users to model various alternatives to their planned or current ARP policies.
PM is accessed and managed via the SGC website and allows subscribers to utilize past ARP audit investment to formulate a policy that adjusts according to changes in the supply chain. This provides incentives for both trading partners to improve supply chain performance.
PM applications:
- Provide an alternative to current ARP policies.
- Utilize Discontinued Product Index data to model Disco policy alternatives.
- Project the financial benefits of planned supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Calculate the effect of planned changes to ARP rates.
